You could well imagine that our kitchen team has just one single objective – to delight your palette with each course and captivate you with every bite. But without wanting to belittle the culinary artistry of our colleagues in the slightest, it’s the overall impression that counts. In our case the extraordinarily pleasurable culinary experience at the table is only exceeded by the superb view of the extremely beautiful lake. When we were thinking about what to call our restaurant we quickly arrived at the scenery and then at the English word “view” which we then transformed by adopting the German spelling “vju”.

That’s the explanation. If you soon sit here to enjoy the culinary creations of our kitchen team you will quickly understand that we were “spot on” with the name. And then there is the enjoyment of what comes out of our kitchen. To be honest, all that together is almost too much. But only almost.
